C.F. Challenge Day #16

Last week I did no CrossFit because I had major migraines EVERYDAY.
Still, I set a goal to do all 90 days, so I am making them up this week by doing one C.F. workout in the morning, and one in the evening.

This mornings workout (#16) can be found here.
Scores (and modifications) are as follows:
  • Jump rope (no rope): 44 [358 total]
  • Squats: 13 [111 total]
  • Push-Press (bag with 2 cans of food storage): 10 [86 total]
  • Push-Ups (the girly kind): 6 [53 total]
  • Butterfly Sit-Ups: 7 [67 total]
Total Tabata score: 80

This is a repeat workout from 12/19/12.
I beat my previous score by 7 points!!!
Rock on!!!

This evening I did my makeup workout for Monday of last week (#11).
