Last week I did no CrossFit because I had major migraines EVERYDAY.
Still, I set a goal to do all 90 days, so I am making them up this week by doing one C.F. workout in the morning, and one in the evening.

Scores (and modifications) are as follows:
- Jump rope (no rope): 44 [358 total]
- Squats: 13 [111 total]
- Push-Press (bag with 2 cans of food storage): 10 [86 total]
- Push-Ups (the girly kind): 6 [53 total]
- Butterfly Sit-Ups: 7 [67 total]
