Morning yoga and a touch of CrossFit

Today I found a solution to the yoga schedule.
I made this schedule - it is a really good workout - but it can get boring after a few weeks.
This happened yesterday and the result was that I only got half a workout in.

About half way through my yoga practice this morning I started to get bored and thought, 
"Well, the CrossFit workout today is pretty short, maybe I'll do that now."

Good choice.
Why?
Because after CrossFit I wanted more stretchy, nice, comfy yoga.
I just may do this all the time.
We'll see.

So, this morning:

yoga practice: 56 minutes.

Early Bird

My title's a bit deceptive. I wasn't actually an early bird. At least not in the sense that I woke up early. But I did do crossfit early! Aliswan and I have a fancy dinner we're going to tonight, so I figured I had best get this done now. My time was 7:55. I've been bad the past few days and have barely done any exercises so I'm glad to have done so today!

Marvelous

Hunter here. Today, I did many things. These things included Just Dance, yoga, and crossfit. They were all marvelous. Sadly, I did all of these things by myself. Which made it less marvelous, but there you have it. Crossfit today involved doing pull ups, which I discovered I am not capable of doing. But try I did! My time was 10:07. I ended up doing a combination of 'step ups' and jumping onto our lowest stair for the box jumps since we don't have a box to jump on. (Look at us lacking boxes and balls to throw at walls.
