C.F. Challenge Day #6

Another late night workout but it is done!

Time: 16:04

Modifications:
After 10 hanging knee to elbows I had to go to the floor...ouch those were hard.
I did the 120 jumps instead of double unders.
Girl push-ups
Burpees to plank.
I wasn't sure on the 300 ft. but my stride for a lunge is about 5 ft. so I just did 60 lunges - no weight.
