Challenge Day #2

This morning I did yoga for 45 min.,
Walked about 3 miles for my commute,
and finished with the CaliFit challenge (technically this was done at 6:30 am on 7/10/2013) which can be found here.

Time: 6:02

(those bench dips were really, really hard)

2 down...88 to go!!!
