C.F. Challenge Day #13

I made up this workout on 7/31 but am posting it here for reference.

Modifications: 
girly push-ups &knees, to elbows on the floor

I am getting better at the running/jogging!!!
I have been able to run all of the runs this week without walking!
Today Hunter did the 800 meter run around the neighborhood with me.
Yay!
