Yoga and CrossFit Challenge Day #4!!!

This morning I started the day, again with 45 min of yoga.

This evening, after helping the grandparents move furniture, I ended the day with my CrossFit workout.

This time was significantly faster than a lot of the women on the site which made me feel like I did something wrong because I was definitely not sprinting - just jog/running.  I did only do burpees to plank and unweighted squats.
Bug was there helping me.
