CrossFit Challenge Day 1!!!

Today I started the challenge on my favorite CrossFit (or CaliFit) blog.

Today's workout can be found here.
I did burpees to plank,
box jump was to my bottom stair,
and I had to use a chair to help me do my pull-ups.

Yes...I know I am weak, hence the challenge.
I will improve.

The score for today was: 246

Also, I did the workout at 10pm.
I almost didn't do it but I stuck to it today.
One day at a time right?
