I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do my C.F. Challenge workouts today.
I slept in,
I got a bad headache,
I spent the afternoon in bed...
It wasn't looking to promising.
7:00 rolled around and I resolved that it had to be done.
I made up the workout I missed last Wednesday first (#13).
