Working things out.

Cross-fit style.

Today's Cross-fit workout can be found here.
I did the "Mary" option.
Rosie (our dog) did the "run" (I walked/jogged) and then ran around (and on) me while I did the squats and sit-ups.

Time: 30 minutes
(The time is not super accurate because I did about 1200 meters instead of 800 on the first 2 jogs...oh well.)
