Today was stupendous.
Today, for the first time, I walked from the temple to work.
It is a marvelous 2.34 miles downhill.
I walked at an average of 5.8 mph.
Yep, yep.

After work I came home to delicious hoagies and fun times with the family for family home evening.
I ate 2 very large hoagies.
I went downstairs to do my homework but it was taking a long time to download.
So, I did CrossFit!!!
It was brutal.
Absolutely brutal.

I did 1 round plus the first set of burpees in the 17 minute time limit.
(I just realized I did the workout wrong - I did 40/40, 30/30, 20/20, 10/10 instead of what she has listed...oh well, I'm still sweating like a pig.)
In case you are wondering, that equals:
140 burpees and 100 hang squat cleans.
