Checking off my lists.

Today was fantastic!!!
I checked everything off in my planner.
That included working out.

This morning I did yoga for 1 hour which was a nice way to start the day.
I biked to work (super fast because I was a little late this morning),
worked etc.,
walked to the swimming pool,
did laps for 30 minutes to work my injured shoulder out,
and biked home.

Active day!
