A partial day.

Today was a half day.

Half a workout team,
half a workout,
half the energy...

This has been because I have been getting about half the sleep I need for the past week.

Insomnia is a beast.

Still, I wanted to get in at least most of a crossfit workout today so I did it at 9pm.

It was late and I was to tired to do the whole thing so I made some adjustments.

Instead of an 800 meter run (it is below zero outside) I did 3 minutes of cardio INSIDE.
Also, I did 3 rounds instead of 5.

I am also trying to get back into the habit of doing abs every night before bed.
Again, instead of doing 25 reps of every move I only did 10 and ended up doing about 8 minutes of abs.
