WE'RE BACK!!!!...well kinda.

After a few weeks we have returned.

This morning: 
25 minutes of yoga.

This evening:
CrossFit workout (well, most of one)

We were supposed to do 5 rounds but I got a bit nauseous and had to stop.

Oh well, at least we've started again.
