The Factor of 3

Today Hunter and I did things of 3.

Yoga: approximately 21 -24 minutes separately.

Aliswan: walk 3 miles and bike 15.  Wednesday I also walked 2 miles and biked 7.

Hunter: CrossFit workout in sets of 21-18-15-12-9-6-3.
Time: 8:43
