Day 2

Hiitmama challenge day 2 found here.

Time: 7:05

Modifications:

- Single running jump rope for 150 jumps.
- "Wall ball" with my BYU bag.
- Girly pushups

Whew.  I am crazy sore from yesterday but nothing helps soreness like another workout.  I don't know why but it does.

Day 1

It has been a few...months.
So, I decided to get back on the workout horse hiitmama style.

- knees to elbows on the floor
- stair steps instead of box jumps
- girly push-ups

Jump start.

I injured my feet last week and wasn't able to work out but I am officially back today!!!

This evening I did hiitmamas and a walk/jog for 28 minutes.

Scores:

Squats = 33
Double-unders = 272 (single jumps)
Push-ups = 30 (girly ones)
Back extensions = 103
Pull-ups = 10 (bench assist)

Day 3

Today was a pretty awesome day.
I started the morning with my 6:30am "Run with Rosie".
It was barely starting to snow so there was a light layer on the road and sidewalks.


It was really cool because Rosie and I were the first out in our neighborhood this morning.
Fresh tracks!

I also walked to work today.
It snowed ALL day.


After work I got a ride home and did the hiitmamas workout for the day which can be found here.

Day 1: Running with Rosie.

Despite the cold, Rosie and I went for a run this evening after I got home from work.
I haven't ran in a while so it was a walk/run using this app I got last year.
I really enjoyed it.

Today's run was short - about 17 minutes.

Also, I am kind of doing the hiitmamas 90 day challenge again.
Kind of meaning that I am challenging myself to workout every weekday for 90 days.
I will do crossfit when I can but, for example today, I can change it for another workout.
