Well I've been gone almost 2 months.
1 of those months included hiking a mountain 6 days a week.
The next 2 weeks were spent hiking all over theaters and ancient sites
(as well as eating my way through Greece - I should also include that).
I've spent the last week and change getting over jet lag.
A nine hour difference takes a big toll on a girl.
Today was my first workout since getting home and it was fantastic!!!

I made some changes (I didn't have a wall ball or box).
I took my bag of 2 cans of food storage and "threw" that for the wall ball section.
By "threw" I mean I didn't actually let go of the bag.
Also I jumped up the stairs for the box jump.
My body is still adjusting to being back home in the desert but things are getting better everyday!
