Lafagoga returns!!!

This morning Hunter and I did lafagoga for the first time in a long time.
After 1 hour with Hunter I did the CrossFit workout for today and Hunter did it after she got off work.

Reps:
Aliswan: 90 reps (kness to elbows on floor)
Hunter: 167 reps (squat/bicep curl and crunches)
