C.F. workout #39 & a yoga cooldown.

Modifications:
13 lb. swim bag rather than wall ball.

Just trying to catch up.

I am very sweaty and tired.
Guess that means it is time to start the day!

I finished this morning's workouts with 10 minutes of yoga to try to stretch my very sore muscles.
It felt wonderful.
I wish I had time to do more.

step-ups rather than box jumps,
burpees to plank,
5 pounds dumbells for squat cleans

Whew, what a way to start a morning!
I am pouring sweat!

I finished my morning with 10 minutes of yoga.
I am SUPER stiff from workouts the last 2 weeks and 0 yoga.

So I am getting back on the yoga horse.

Today Hunter and I did the challenge for the day which can be found here.

Times and Modifications:

Aliswan: 23:45
(200 jump ropes instead of double unders, knees to elbows on the ground, 20 kettleball swings with food storage duffel bag and the rest with a 5 pound weight, pull-ups with chair assist, stepping box jump)

Hunter: 19:07
(200 jump ropes instead of double unders, kettleball swings with 5 pound weight, pull-ups with chair assist, stepping box jump)

Hunter previously did this workout on 1/29/2013.

Whew...what a workout.

Today Bug and I did the workouts for today (#24) and yesterday (#23).

We did the workouts this afternoon.

This morning (at 5 am) Bug went on a 17 mile run with her Cross Country team.
She is fantastic to say the least.
