C.F. workout #29 & the return of morning yoga.

Today's workout can be found here.

Time: 12:35

Modifications:
step-ups rather than box jumps,
burpees to plank,
5 pounds dumbells for squat cleans

Whew, what a way to start a morning!
I am pouring sweat!

I finished my morning with 10 minutes of yoga.
I am SUPER stiff from workouts the last 2 weeks and 0 yoga.

So I am getting back on the yoga horse.
Starting this morning.
