Today Hunter and I did the challenge for the day which can be found here.
Times and Modifications:
Aliswan: 23:45
(200 jump ropes instead of double unders, knees to elbows on the ground, 20 kettleball swings with food storage duffel bag and the rest with a 5 pound weight, pull-ups with chair assist, stepping box jump)
Hunter: 19:07
(200 jump ropes instead of double unders, kettleball swings with 5 pound weight, pull-ups with chair assist, stepping box jump)
Hunter previously did this workout on 1/29/2013.
Whew...what a workout.
